It was a perfect family-run platinum plus holiday home, complete with all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, just 7 miles from a beautiful golden sand beach. We enjoyed activities like exploring the nearby Romney Sands Station and Rye Farm World, as well as taking nature walks and birdwatching. The water park on the premises was an added bonus, providing plenty of fun for the kids. We will definitely be back next year!
My children wanted more recreational activities for kids.

We had a fantastic time at this holiday home. the location was great, with close proximity to the beach and stunning views over the fields. the double bedroom with en suite was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. the facilities, including a dishwasher and washing machine, added convenience to our stay. We also appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtful touches, such as the local apple juice and biscuits. it was a wonderful home away from home.
We did have some issues with the heating. It took a while for the holiday home to warm up, and even then, it wasn't as cozy as we would have liked.

The fully equipped kitchen, including a fancy kettle and dishwasher, made cooking a breeze. The panoramic views of the fields and turbines from the comfortable lounge area were breathtaking. The king-size bed was so comfortable, and the additional bedroom was perfect for our needs. The outdoor decking and BBQ added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Can't wait to go back!
The mattress in the main bedroom had a hidden stain, which made it uncomfortable. Everything else was great, though.
